Remote Operation Client Manager

The Remote Operation Client Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of client operations in a remote environment.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient workflows, timely delivery of services, and the resolution of any operational challenges.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing communication and expectations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency operations related to client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that workflows align with client specifications
  • Identify potential operational issues and proactively work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client services
